At The Varsity, a member of our team is available 24/7. Our team members are experienced and skilled in addressing all of your student's needs. While many local properties have absentee landlords and substandard maintenance programs, our team is proactive and responsive to all maintenance needs. It is our goal to fulfill all work orders within 24 hours, while comfort and life safety work orders are addressed immediately. We value your business and trust and, in exchange, it's our responsibility to provide timely, professional service to each of our residents. Individual Lease Liability
By signing an individual lease for your student, you are responsible for the rent of your student only. You have no liability for the rent of the other apartment residents - one less thing to worry about! This is a significant advantage over a Joint & Several Leases used at rental houses and other apartment properties.
